PLANO, Texas, August 18, 2026 - Finance of America Reverse LLC, a top provider of home equity-based retirement planning, has earned the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification. The designation is based solely on feedback from current employees about their daily experience at the company.
This year, 90 percent of Finance of America staff said it is a great place to work. That number stands well above the national average, where 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S. company say the same about their own workplaces. The certification process is run by Great Place To Work, an independent authority on workplace culture, and it relies on anonymous survey responses rather than management claims.
The company, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker FOA, focuses on helping older Americans tap into home equity to fund retirement. Its leadership said the recognition reflects a deliberate effort to build trust, respect, and fairness across the organization. Employees also highlighted strong communication and a sense of purpose in their roles.
Getting certified is not a one-time achievement. The survey results give the company a clear roadmap for what is working and where it can improve. For now, the 2026 mark adds to a growing list of workplace honors for the firm, which has made employee experience a central part of its business strategy. The certification is valid for one year, and the company will need to reapply to keep the status in 2027.
