Ford is rolling out aggressive incentives on the Maverick compact pickup for June 2026, including nationwide lease deals and the return of Employee Pricing for All. The popular hybrid and EcoBoost models are seeing some of the best discounts since the truck launched, as the automaker tries to clear inventory ahead of the next model year.
The headline offer is Employee Pricing, which applies to all Maverick trims. This typically knocks several thousand dollars off the sticker price, depending on the configuration. On top of that, Ford is offering special lease rates on the 2026 Maverick XL and XLT. In many regions, a 36-month lease on the base hybrid model is running under $300 a month with a modest down payment. Regional incentives vary, with some dealers adding extra cash back for current Ford owners or military personnel.
The Maverick has been a sales success since its debut, winning awards for its fuel economy and utility. The hybrid version still leads the segment with an EPA-estimated 42 mpg in the city. For June, the combination of factory cash, low APR financing, and employee pricing makes this one of the better times to buy or lease. Shoppers should check with local dealers for exact terms, as inventory on the most popular colors and option packages may be limited.
